- Standard Delivery: Our aim is to deliver your order within 2-3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Shipments are flown in from Europe.
- Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of receiving payment approval.
2. Shipping Charges
- Display of Charges: All shipping costs will be calculated based on your order and displayed at the checkout before you finalize your payment.
- Currency and VAT: Prices and shipping costs are stated in Antillian Guilders and include VAT.
3. Delivery Errors and Complaints

4. Unclaimed Packages
- Administrative Fee: For packages that are not claimed or returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, an administrative fee ofANG 100, including VAT, will be charged. The full value of special orders will be charged in such cases.
